Hello, I’m Licet, founder and owner of Top Flight Roofing. I’ve spent 30 years in the roofing industry, earning my first contractor’s license in 2001. That milestone set me on a path I’m grateful for every day: it has allowed me to be present for my children while building a business I’m passionate about. I feel lucky to do work I love and to serve families in our community. Today, I’m proudly passing the reins to my family. My oldest son, Eddie, is a co-owner who leads our sales department, guiding clients from first contact to a trusted finished roof. Eddie’s leadership and dedication have been a driving force for our growth, and he’s already an integral part of the team. I’m grateful to share this journey with him. We’re also supported by my two younger children, whose love of our craft and commitment to quality keep us focused on doing what’s best for homeowners. Together, we bring a family-driven approach to every project.
